^1. You are required to provide IUHPE membership number. Please kindly note that your membership will be verified by the IUHPE Membership Officer and it has to be up-to-date to benefit from this reduction.

In order to secure an early bird registration rate and ensure that your name is included in the conference programme, all accepted abstract presenters are strongly advised to register before 30 April 2013. Please note: Registration fees will be reimbursed for presenters who are also selected as volunteers.

• Payment by credit card is available ONLY through the online registration.

Bank Transfer

• Payment via bank transfer is subject to receipt of confirmation from the bank.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration Term & Condition:

• This registration will be accepted only upon receipt of full payment.
• Registered delegates who unable to attend will receive 50% refund, provided that a written request is received by the Conference Secretariat before 31 July 2013.
• All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.
• Transfer of registration to another person is only acceptable in writing and before 31 July 2013.
