Cellular phones and pagers
As a courtesy to all meeting attendees and speakers, cellular phones,
pagers and other electronic devices must be turned off or operated in
silent mode during sessions.
Smoking policy
The conference venue is entirely non smoking.
Food and beverages
Fod and beverage are not allowed in the conference rooms.
Insurance
The organisers accept no liability for personal injuries sustained, or
for loss of or damage to property belonging to participants, incurred
either during or as a result of the conference. Delegates are advised to
take out their own travel insurance policies.
