terrace or some other place. Lunch bags will be available during lunch
breaks in the restaurant located on level 1 and the exhibition area
located on level 0 of the CICG. Fruits, vegetables and water are
available free of charge throughout the conference for all conference
participants. All other beverages can be purchased at the conference

Water bottles
At the beginning of the conference you will receive a 33 cl PET bottle
with mineral water. Participants are encouraged to use these PET bottles

water in Geneva is of excellent quality. Use your own water bottle and
refill it with tap water or with the water from the water dispenser.
Thank you for helping us to minimize the waste!
Conference bags
We encourage you to bring your own bag that you will use throughout the
conference! Those who will not have one, will receive a simple reusable
cotton bag at the conference material desk. Each conference participant
can choose what their conference bag is filled with and thus avoid
excessive waste! All the material for the conference bag will be made
available on conference material desks next to the registration area
[please follow the signs]. Pick up the programme book and choose the
rest of the material that you would like to have in your bag.
