General Guidelines
- Presenters have been designated a session date (see abstract submission acceptance letter) on which the poster will be displayed for the entire day.
- Presenters prepare, print, transport, mount and remove their poster presentations on their own behalf. We are not able to print the poster for you, so please be sure to have it fully prepared and printed by the time you arrive at the conference centre. We do NOT have the facility for receiving and storing poster materials shipped ahead of your arrival.
- The numbers on the poster boards will correspond with your presentation number and can be easily allocated that way (see abstract submission acceptance letter). A help desk will be provided in the poster exhibition area where helpers will be there to coordinate and assist you, but they will NOT be responsible for mounting and removing your presentation. Material will be provided to affix your poster
- During the lunch and coffee breaks all conference attendees will be invited to visit the poster exhibition. It is the responsibility of the communicating author to ensure that at least one of the authors is in attendance to make a brief summary of the major findings described in the poster and to answer questions.
